Film Festivals in 2006:

"Speak Out" by Brandy Hyatt was shown as part of the Girls in the Director's Chair Film Festival at the Walker Art Center in March 2006.

"Sweet Nights" by Bridget Collins was show at the Future Filmmakers Festivals as part of the Chicago International Film Festival in June 2006. Bridget traveled to Chicago to be present at the screening.

"Sweet Nights" was also shown as part of the Los Angeles Film Festival in July 2006.

"Dreams" by Nakia Hyatt was selected and shown at the San Diego Women Film Festival in October 2006.

Our Turn is a TV magazine show by and for youth. Our Turn allows young people to express their opinion on issues that affect them. Participants can also learn all about television production by being part of the crew. Everything from the selection of the show topic to camera and editing is done by the participants of PCTV. Once the show is planned, using layouts and scripts, it is rehearsed and then taped for broadcast. With the help of MTN (Minneapolis Telecommunications Network), the show is broadcast on Cable Access in Minneapolis Channel 17, Monday nights at 7:30 PM. The show is also broadcast in St. Paul Channel 16, Saturday nights at 7:30 PM.
