In this episode, the PCTV crew explores the many different areas of food, health, science, and nutrition. The hosts of the show are Jules and Amanda. Some of the segments are an interview with a nutritionist by Laurencio and Joseph about healthy eating, and a visit by the whole PCTV crew to the College of Food, Science, and Nutrition at The University of Minnesota where they learned about how science is used in food production.
